The **Now Eating** Thread

Fancied a Nandos before a long day out drinking.

Went for an uncommon combo of the Sunset Burger, peri peri chips and broccoli. Realised i need to eat a bit of veg this week. :p

....then balanced it out with the chocolate cake. Never had it before but woooow. So good.

I always thought ordering a desert at nando's would be a disappointment but that looks incredible! How does it stack up against Choccy cakes you've had in the past? There is always the risk of a poor tasting let down, that has so much potential!

Chicken curry
That looks great, lots of chicken!

A massive bug bear when you buy a takeaway or pre-made meal, pizza, you hardly get any meat!

It like the supermarket sandwiches and pizza's where you can see the filling in the window, think that looks good, rip open the box only to discover hardly any filling where you cannot see.

I do like a Chinese takeaway curry every now and then. Yeah our go to Chinese always gives really good portions and plenty of meat :D

Reminds me of Black Forest Gateau, one of the best desserts ever.

At a time where everything is getting very expensive, even a fresh loaf of bread from a artisan bakery needs a loan...I am SO gladI bought a breadmaker during the pandemic.

The best bit is that it makes bread with a timer for when i get up and make the house smells amazing. Also electricity is the cheapest then too, double win.

Iceland's take away style Currys have lots of meat in them, they are very good for a frozen curry too. Tasty and lots of big bits of meat

Nice. Which bread maker do you have? How does the texture compare to good baker sbread?
