Looks good mate. I’ve been putting some Kuhne gherkin relish on my cheese on toast lately, very nice indeed. Gives a nice sweetness to balance the saltiness from the cheese

I mixed wholegrain mustard into the mash for a hot mustardy mash

@robfosters So i couldn't be bothered to head outside for bloomer bread or four cheese BUT i followed your method. Certainly hit the spot.

Think i should have rotated a bit...not used the grill in ages.

Take Snowdonia Black Bomber and two Brioche buns, which were made to fit the cheese, butter up, throw in air fryer @180°C for 2.5 minutes a side.

Not this one, but a previous Black Bomber left in the fridge, unwrapped, went out of date by a few months and became imo a better cheese.
