Don’t like chilli sauce. It’s cheap nasty stuff that was invented to hide the taste of late night takeaway, poor quality, substandard meat. I’ve said this before, but I just love a sprinkling of lemon juice over chargrilled meats

Depends what kebab place it is, a local one to me makes their own and it has mint it, you wouldn't expect it to be nice but it really compliments the food. A lot of places have crap chilli sauce though I agree. Lemon is great though.

Busy day today with five scratch Massaman curry's made for work, beans ground for the weeks stove top coffee, steak brunch, beer taken from the Pinter into 7 flip lid bottles for enjoyment later and a basic chicken roast.

Chopsticks are actually really good when you’re on a diet.

I eat wasabi peas with chopsticks, just to slow down how fast I can finish a bag.
