It's only a food emergency if you run out of egg (whites).:p

Time to stop worrying about egg whites Cainer, they're mainly just water.:)

Egg white consists primarily of about 90% water into which is dissolved 10% proteins (including albumins, mucoproteins, and globulins). Unlike the yolk, which is high in lipids (fats), egg white contains almost no fat, and carbohydrate content is less than 1%. Egg white has many uses in food (e.g. mousse) and also many other uses (e.g. in the preparation of vaccines such as those for influenza). Cainer of OC'uk hates them!:p

HOT Fried Rice!
Added some potato chippings, green chillis, peas and flavouring. My forehead is slightly damp :o
 
Two weeks ago, I was just about to sit down to a 9 course dinner in a Michelin starred restaurant.

Tonight I'm sitting down to fish fingers, chips, beans, bread & butter.

How the mighty tumble!
 
I'd like to say

"how the mighty enjoyed a nine-course dinner - in this pay packet!" - that's epic!

enjoying an Indian take-out after 4 pints of cask Bengal Lancer with a work colleague - up @ 05:15 so it's gonna hurt!
