I have a bacon curing kit from last year I’ve not used as every time I go the butcher they’ve not had any pork belly that’s not already pre sliced. Soon though I shall to join bacon nirvana

I am trying to eat only homemade food these days and lose couple of extra pounds.

Somehow I've managed to get biblically drunk, and the best I can offer is some sort of cheese 'n' frank thingies.

Got a mixed shish, chicken tikka and donner kebab on naan bread. It was really good, but way too big. This is what they call the small portion! Really glad I didn't get the large one. I need to lay down...
Followed by a big sit down later on, or early morning I’m guessing too.
Went back to my usual, who seem to have changed Chef’s or this specific curry for the worse in my opinion but now I know!
Chicken Chilli Garlic, Garlic Naan, Basmati Rice with a pot of Chilli Sauce.
And of course some deserts to graze on throughout the evening…
