Somehow I've managed to get biblically drunk, and the best I can offer is some sort of cheese 'n' frank thingies.
Was tasty though

There would have been tomato ketchup, but I need my kidneys to deal with the assault of gin, otherwise I would have sold one to buy some :(

I have a bacon curing kit from last year I’ve not used as every time I go the butcher they’ve not had any pork belly that’s not already pre sliced. Soon though I shall to join bacon nirvana
I very much doubt you'll be disappointed, it's so much better than regular store bacon.
Leaving the rind on gives tiny crackling :D
