The **Now Eating** Thread

I had Cawl for the 3rd night running, its an old fashioned Welsh stew. In short it is a mix of meat and veg, i use beef or lamb as a base.
The first night it is quite watery but it thickens up and becomes nicer and nicer so you make a big pot of it to last a few days.
Throw in some extra strong cheese cubes just before eating and have some quality baguette slices ready with plenty of butter.

Cant beat that sort of cooking sometimes, nice easy one pot, not much cooking for the next couple of nights and way less dirty dishes. I had not heard of Cawl even though my nan was Welsh, my mum never mentioned it, ill ask her.

I shall be hunting down a donner this week.

Edit: Ketchup is shameful tho! :D

Holding you to that, don’t disappoint us.

Genuinely I’ve been called out all these years for ketchup on a donner but that cheap ketchup is all I’m interested in on one

Edit: Ever tried it? Don’t knock it until you have :p

Even when ordering they double take… “ketchup??… YUP”

Lol why is Rob suspended
The mod team have been discussing the eggy bean situation over the past few weeks and decided that it's not something we want on the forums. @gingergundog's use of sausages as barriers is our preferred method of preventing bean juice from getting anywhere near eggs but we will also allow @Raymond Lin's method of placing beans in a separate bowl. The tiny saucepan is a bit flash though Raymond.
