Yeah I get that but in the liquid form. The tablets are ok but I always end up chewing them hate the texture when it gets stuck in your teeth.

Haha, yeah I was on that years ago but stopped it as it wasn't affecting me adversely, at least I think it was anyway!

Hairy Bikers do a good one pot recipe for that, it's actually pork fillet based but easy to sub in chicken.

Makes loads, freezes well, tastes great.

It's called a Pineapple bun (there is no pineapple, it's named that because of the texture on the top resembles the outer skin on a pineapple). HK specialty, and it is meant to serve with a thick cut of cold butter.

I only put the butter in after I took a bite lol, normally I just eat it without but today i decided to add some butter.
