How weird.

We were eating at a hotel last week and see Barnsley chops on the menu, which we both haven't seen in restaurants and the like for years...And today you are doing them.

Not particularly hungry, but slow roasted and finished off air frying a quarter of the pork belly I bought earlier.
It was like pulled pork with a giant pork scratching on top..

True story: I know someone who (due to an abusive partner I think) had to sleep in the... Garage. It happened so often that he had a little sofa and setup in there. If he was out too late on the sauce he'd have to kip there etc.
