Beef bourguignon or similar?
It’s certainly something I’m going to try in the Speedi.

Beef and a fridge and cupboard throw out tbh with marmite, Worcestershire, stock.

I like the idea in the Speedi, rather than in the Instant Pot under pressure, is I can taste and add more as it cooks, which this one was set for 10 hours and has a keep warm function.

Sorry :( I would post but CBA to upload. It does look like a poached egg though, no? That's how mine come out sometimes.
