True - Generally depends on your schedules though, add in children, partners working late (or another fella) and takeaways arrive when energy levels are lacking

Tonight was Beans on Toast with Saussages along with a Saussage Sarney with added cheese, beans and HP Brown sauce.

Makes up for skipping breakfast and no lunch today.





Felt like a proper “bloke” after a hard days “graft” tucking into that lot
