Butchers cut pork belly.
Covered in Peri Peri BBQ sauce for a few hours and then air fried with the fries and finished with a Balsamic reduction.

Nigella’s crab mac and cheese, substituted in tuna as i didn’t have the crab, not quite as good as with crab but still mighty fine.

Just the Burford Browns and a bit of unsalted butter at the start and finish, nothing special, just don't rush it.
