Basic one today due to hospital visit and lack of stuff.

Minted leg of lamb, courgette, cobs in a raspberry and red wine vinegar gravy.

That looks gorgeous. Tuna is cooked perfectly. Is that a black sesame sauce on it and the veggies?

Miso rubbed on the tuna then black sesame seeds patted on. Sugarsnaps and spring onions cooked with a little red wine vinegar and sea salt, mushrooms just flash fried.

 
Don't think I've tried those bars but the range is tasty as ****. Expensive as **** too, mind.

Having said that I was in a train station the other day and a sausage roll was being sold for £5! For one!
Yes I'm partial to marzipan so couldn't resist - was about £1.80 or something - certainly overpriced
