Frozen pizza for a quick bite

A quick bite?! That's a dinner in my house!

Finished off with a finally ripened Kaki

Interesting you cut it with the green part still attached, I normally take the green part off, then cut it into quarters, and then slice off the skin and eat the quarter chunks. Or bite it like orange slices.

I would have called that a Persimmon - in fact I suggest you do as well as you may get done by the coppers if you offer a coworker some of your kaki! It isn't a Sharon fruit (an Israeli bred version that is more square and tends to be softer and sweeter). I don't believe I have every heard the term kaki. That looks like a Spanish Rioja cultivar.

I just eat them like apples, skin and all. It is perfectly palatable and probably good for you as well. That being said I also eat mangoes skin and all (in most cases - some cultivars are unpleasant).

I have also peeled it like an apple would and then just slice it into quarters. I guess once peeled you can stick the entire thing into you gob lol

Chinese - Japanese variety of the fruit you mention.

I've upset some friends with this on our discord server this morning, here to share the love even more.

Come at me...

I would try it but would think the salty marmite and the salty peanut butter would give it a "flat" flavour profile. I was called out previously on this very forum for suggesting people try a thin layer of marmite followed by some apricot jam...sweet and salty. I could hardly point fingers with my recommendation ;)
