I was one for the no gherkins only seen them on maccys burgers, order have to wait amd wait. then boom around 4 years ago I love them
Same, I used to pull them out of a Big Mac, like them now though.
Oh My please spill what is it all and how
Just a lasagne, was really nice for inexpensive grub. I dont think it was quite as good as my homemade though.

If memory serves me correctly, Gherkins are done in brine. Pickles use vinegar along with herbs and spices. Cornichons are pickles just a much smaller version. Of course, happy to stand corrected
Other way round, gherkins are pickled in vinegar and pickles are in brine.

Gherkins and cornichons are both pickled and there’s only really one variety. Pickles are often fermented. The Maccies pickles are fermented dill pickles.

Quick bite to eat! Little fakeaway.

Shawarma Kebab (Plantbased), GreekStyle Flatbreads/Wrap with Fresh Coriander and a generous amount of Sriracha Chilli Mayo Sauce.

It was wonderful, Coriander added freshness! Next time I’ll not be lazy and add in some white fresh onions, pickled chilli’s etc but quickly chucked it together with a demanding toddler at my feet!
