Normal ketchup, but I blended it at 24.5°c for 20 minutes to create a better looking sauce and BBQ beans because I only went as far as Aldi yesterday and it was them or other silly flavours.

Just depends when we run out / where we are passing etc
Live out quite rural and the next shop is about 2 miles away and then that's a choice between a small co op, Tesco express or two bakers - whatever is open / available

That bad hand is definitely not holding you back. Some beautiful work thereTook some chicken thighs and dipped egg, flour and breadcrumbs X 3 and made a roux with Nando's seasoning and poured it over after doing in the air fryer with red cheese.

How rubbery/dry was it?
Very very disappointed - wish I'd had a big mac
It was (in the main) tasty but was dry around the edge
It was sliding all over the place due to the cheese and was very very salty ;(

I'm almost totally ambidextrous (writing is not perfect left hand) so can compensate and I'm a bit of stubborn bugger that just gets bored and gets on with it
