Funny enough it just crashed

Ran out of mayo, so swapped in avocado and hot sauce.

Tasty, but the bread to filling ratio was off. Sourdough is not a sandwich bread imo.

3/10, got indigestion. Would not recommend.

Sourdough unless done well is only any good for dipping in your soup with slathers of butter on it.
