I'm almost totally ambidextrous (writing is not perfect left hand) so can compensate and I'm a bit of stubborn bugger that just gets bored and gets on with it

Probably why my consultant wants me to be in stitches for another week

I'm happy to place orders for food if you get that bored. Will cover labour, materials and postage.

I bottled out after buying Wagyu burgers and pork for the pulling and then failing to find frozen mash as I'm going to struggle with the rice, but guess what....

I'm going to have to struggle

Salmon, smoked and unsmoked cod & haddock, peas, capers, white sauce (managed to open with an F clamp) riced mash, breadcrumbs and a healthy sprinkling of cheddar.

All done in the air fryer.

Very very disappointed - wish I'd had a big mac

It was (in the main) tasty but was dry around the edge

It was sliding all over the place due to the cheese and was very very salty ;(

I thought the same regarding the dry round the edges and slidyness. Was very tasty though.

I wasn’t very agile Christmas Shopping after feasting on all of that, I needed a sleep afterwards.

But after all the gormless people under my feet perhaps they deserved me heavy breathing on them after eating Garlic Mayo

I went shopping with OH and she was watching me slowly finish it with a face like a slapped bottom as she wanted to “crack on” with Christmas Shopping! Haha
