Recipe for the Korean coating please!

It was nothing more than Colmans Big Night in Korean Barbecue packet, which I rubbed into the pork belly with added Gochujang.

Left in the fridge for 2 hours and then steam air fried.

Fraud perhaps, but tasted good :)

The best frauds probably do taste really good.
