I dont think it was that bad a portion size! :mad:

It wasn't meant as an attack or something to get angry about. You've openly said you're trying to lose weight and portion size is an obvious way to reduce calorie intake easily.

It obviously comes down to personal opinion but for me that's a big portion, and that's without the worry of losing weight.
 
Porridge with banana whey protein powder. hmmmmm

Big mug of hot chocolate to go with it as well.

To be followed up with chicken and rice before I go to the gym.

Workout will then be rewarded with a ribeye steak and sweet potato.
