Just nibbled a few bits last night as had Xmas Dinner the sequel at the in laws yesterday

Lunch now. Turkey, Bacon, Mayo, Spinach, Cheese and Damson Chutney.

Turkey ham stuffing apple.sauce and cranberry sauce sandwich

Mince pie and cream

picked up creme eggs at asda today, happy easter all

Cold cherry wood smoked chicken for 1/2 an hour and then sprinkled with sriracha sweet & sour rub.
Finished with same rub chips and grated cheese.
Both were done in the Ninja Dual

It's Kashmiri - needs the cream stirring in after the turkey is warmed through and just before serving

Make sure you stir that cream a bit more rigourously than normal, it is Christmas after all.
