Strong Christmas curry work @{SAS}TB and @gingergundog. Getting inspired to use the turkey stock. Might make use of the home made madras paste in the freezer.

It at least allows for a brie-ther during the cheese fest.
Since discovering Cambozola I can't eat brie, highly recommend.
