Breaded some Chicken plus some Red Cabbage Slaw & BBQ Sauce.

This is similar to a ceviche, accept it is done in freshly ground black pepper and equal parts olive oil and white wine vinegar.
Hake fillet is left bathing in the above for 6 hours in the fridge and then sliced before dishing up and finished with rice & peas with capers.

That's way more than mushroom fried rice shirley? I see carrots and peppers. Interested in the recipe please!

Shimeji mushrooms, carrot, ginger, spring onion, chilli, garlic. Fried with the duck fat that came off the breasts, sauce was gochujang, soy, oyster sauce, mirin, sesame oil and thinned with a little water.
