Chicken, bacon and pearl barley hotpot, dumplings are still a work in progress but better than last time I made them.
Cook them uncovered for the last 15-20 mins, or finish under the grill. They'll brown up nicely.

Had a packet of Persian Quinoa & Lentils so made some Persian Meatballs plus a few roasted red Peppers

I'm eating some oranges and yellow kiwi (without skin) and just thought that there's not much fruit on here usually.

There is a Kiwi fruit there, but I hid it because it had its skin on and I didn't want to start the wobble heads off
