The **Now Eating** Thread

Let’s be honest, your average jazz apple or banana hardly makes for riveting pics do they?
I beg to differ:

Bloody love gammon and mash, although I’d swap the corn for peas and lashings of gravy

Gammon has been smothered in pepper, salt, garlic, honey, English mustard and slow cooked all day with some generous amounts of Bourbon underneath it.
Mash was riced and then hit with an egg and beaten with a pot of full fat cream and the sweetcorn had to be used up.
Was going to do a cheese or white sauce, but the gammon and mash added more than enough moisture.
