I had some Turkish breakfast in Morocco the other day and I must say…in many ways I prefer it over a Full English in terms of variety, freshness and not feeling I will have a heart attack after.

I had a kind of minced sausage (beef) cooked with eggs and tomatoes. You then just rip some bread up and pick it up like you do with a curry.

The gf had this sliced beef with egg thing. You get all kinds of condiments on the side from mashed black olives, jam (with butter?), tahini, hummus, chilli salsa thing and soured cream with chives.
