I find his palate is very limited and notice he is on an instant negative if the meal costs more than a Wetherspoons microwaved meal, with my early subscription soon cancelled, although I still watch now and then.

He should imo stick to the lower end of the market.

I have to disagree, I’ve seen him praise a lot of more expensive places like Blacklock and Hawksmoor.

The supermarket food reviewer Bald foodie guy is the worst for that. He has a fit if anything costs over £2
