Last night’s meal out. Chakana in Moseley. One of the courses was this scallop tiradito. Absolutely beautiful to look at and well balanced dish. The whole tasting menu had a little too much ceviche overall, but it was a really different experience and the service was fantastic. Would order a la carte next time for sure.

It is the Pig at Bridge, but available at many other places across the South, It is also really chilled with wonderful, knowledgeable and chilled staff. We are booking to stay the weekend soon.
They really are worth a visit and also tie in with some wonderful restaurants locally to us.

Thanks, looks like they’re opening a couple of places in the Cotswolds / Warwickshire which will be easy to get to!
