My mum had asked me to get rid of a load of wood my dad had been hoarding. I was burning it and then realised it made sense to utilise the heat for bbq. The steaks were excellent (albeit overcooked at a medium-well range), and the courgette was nicer than it looks given i incinerated one side!

Vegan falafel pitta from a place near me. Pitta bread made by a local bakery, house made hummus, pickled red cabbage, turmeric cauli, tahini sauce, salad, tamari sunflower seeds.

Yeah they're great, quite well known in Brighton and I get one every now and again. Everything apart from the pitta is made in house, the pitta is made at a bakery in Newhaven. £6.50 and they're huge, easily my breakfast and lunch.
