Started eating healthier at the start of the year so this has been a weekly occurrence for a while now. Cajun Chicken, Mexican brown rice and broccoli with a bit of hot sauce.

Ham salad sandwich's cookies and tea, not bad at all.
I'm guessing the latter
Private hospital but through the nhs, woodlands in Darlington.
Beats the slice of toast my father got when he had his op.
Last two nights of food:
Insanely overloaded and messy smash burger with chili jam and crispy onion bits for one night.
And for last night...
Beef, roasted pepper, bean (Pinto Beans, Haricot Beans, Black Beans, Red Kidney Beans) and avadado quesadilla spiced with Cumin, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Smoked Paprika and Cayenne Pepper.

That smash burger looks absolutely gorgeous, quite fancy that for my breakfast.
