Definitely need a report on those kyivs ability to keep their butter inside, and not baste the baking tray with it! As much as I like the taste of kievs I generally don't bother because of that

These are the best that I've found. I was grumpy when Ocado switched to M&S. The Sainsbury's wild garlic ones hold together well too.

I'd be tempted to try the ones that {SAS}TB posted but I find truffle to be such an over powering flavour that it's off putting.

Bread and butter made on the restaurants farm.

Brill tranche, mussels, chive butter sauce.

Lamb leg, braised red cabbage, anchoiade, Pink fir potatoes & garlic butter.

All produced from their farm and selected from the food market within the restaurant.

If you have a Pyrex dish, put the glass lid on the baking tray and cook the Kiev on the lid. The butter may escape a bit but you can then pour it over the lovely crunchy coating

I love those Sainsbury’s TTD dine in for 2 wild garlic ones. They’re a proper decent size as well.

The only garlic butter in the tray is from the Parmentier Potatoes

The Kiev remains intact and un-breached

Butter breaching tends to happen towards the end of cooking time. Don't count your Kievs before they've err popped.

I am pleased to confirm that following a whole term period in the oven the Kievs are good

No breathing, leakage or obvious damage at all

The trick is to cook them on a low heat
