After working up a powerful sweat for an hour and a quarter at the gym, I need a nice healthy lunch to get my energy back! Salad sandwhich with wafer thin chicken! Nom nom! :)
 
Just had

Horseradish, apple & cauliflower purée, butter scallops, apple crisps and battered cauliflower

Glosoucster old spot pork belly with sweet potato mash & mushrooms in port & cream

Rassbery and blurpeberry fool with ginger nut biscuits.

For lunch, a bowl of heinz tomato soup and a couple of slices of bread with philadelphia light spread on top (the one with the roasted red peppers blended through it)

And for later this afternoon I am taking this to work. Looks quite nice, hoping its not a let down.
