After my customary Saturday night steak I'm now enjoying some cheese and port.
Colston Bassett Stilton and Isle of Mull Cheddar (with some Chilli Jelly) with a glass (or two) of Graham's Crusted Port - my current favourite). Omnomnomnom.
Just had
Horseradish, apple & cauliflower purée, butter scallops, apple crisps and battered cauliflower
Glosoucster old spot pork belly with sweet potato mash & mushrooms in port & cream
Rassbery and blurpeberry fool with ginger it biscuits.
Delicious
And to a select few friends
The kitchen however looks like a bomb hit it.
Looking good cainer though I do prefer the cords removed before serving
