Ooh nice, I made that this week too but with minced pork. I tried a different bottled oyster sauce than I've had before and it wasn't quite as good.

Haha I’m not sure what an English pizza would be. Having images of bacon and eggs. Perhaps on a fried bread base.

Got to be a bit careful not to overdo the toppings on these, makes a right mess if everything slides off on to the pizza stone and carbonises.
