Haha I’m not sure what an English pizza would be. Having images of bacon and eggs. Perhaps on a fried bread base.

Got to be a bit careful not to overdo the toppings on these, makes a right mess if everything slides off on to the pizza stone and carbonises.

Ooh nice, I made that this week too but with minced pork. I tried a different bottled oyster sauce than I've had before and it wasn't quite as good.

My recipe had all sorts mixed with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and chilly bean paste. Was nice but the chilli bean paste was the dominant flavour.

Oyster sauce really takes Chinese recipes up a notch.

Chicago town tiger crust cheesy ham and bacon. Bit bland I thought. It has a white sauce instead of a tomato sauce, so loses the salty tang. It’ tastes very unseasoned in general actually. Still, it’s ok if you can get it cheaper and give it a good sprinkling of salt and a nice dip.
