I thought the same but then realized I've had burger and just picked up a take away ....
Did supplement it with ice cream though

I was originally going to do a herb crust on the Hake, but decided to give the Panko a go at the last minute and it worked just right, with the Hake falling apart in large chunks, when cut.
Took a rough idea for the Tartar from the thread on this board and will be always making it at home from now on.

Strange day for a Chicken Pathia… said never!
It is warm for a Curry, I get a little funny thinking of the Chefs being all hot and potentially sweating whilst preparing food.

Made a trip to the fishmongers today and whilst it’s a bit of a trek it’s so worth it. Not much if any more expensive than the supermarket, tastes so much better and the range is outstanding.

This Pizza may be for my tea tonight… thought process is that I ogistics are a pain tonight and after a busy day Im not sure if I can be bothed!
May save myself until tomorrow as I’m off with Partner so might be a nice way to finish the evening off with a takeaway

Round 1 - Sweet and Sour Chicken with Egg Fried Rice
I really wanted a curry, but due to opening times, prep time and logistics, it wasn't going to happen so needed round 2 to compensate
Round 2 - Chinese Chicken Curry
Currently laid on the settee sweating like a pig waiting until I can roll into the kitchen to get the ice cream .....
