I’m happy to share the Crown, it brings me joy knowing someone else gets the same enjoyment out of a Pathia as I do
I tested the water tonight, but it’s Spaghetti Bolognese and that’s that
Tomorrow night, I shall most likely be having a Pathia.. my usual order.

I don’t mean to get all food snobby but the crimpets always strike me as cheap tat. It’s not hard to fold and flip tortillas and letting some cheese ooze out and caramelise is *chefs kiss*
