Lovely, looking forward to the second one later.

Yeah they're deliciously soft and flavoursome. I would also recommend their two pack finest Banoffee tarts (just saw Craig mention them too) which are also really good. My personal favourite is their finest Bakewell tarts. I don't know where you are but in my local Tesco, I've gone around 6.30pm to 7pm on a couple of occasions and found a few boxes of all those reduced from £2.49 to about 80p on their best by date so it might be worth seeing if you can get them cheaper as although they're wonderful, they're a bit pricey.

My very first time making eggs Benedict. Made the Hollandaise sauce with 3 egg yolks, touch of white wine vinegar, salt and pepper and a touch of lemon juice and melted butter. Fried ham instead of bacon with melted butter. The sauce came out a bit too thick but tasted lovely.

Temps / time etc? You pretty much nailed them lol. I've been doing some home made in air fryer with mixed results.

It was good, really easy, popped it all in, 180 for 20 mins!

Even heated the flatbread in it too

The basket actually washed really easily too, so all in all a great maiden voyage
