Yeah they're deliciously soft and flavoursome. :D I would also recommend their two pack finest Banoffee tarts (just saw Craig mention them too) which are also really good. My personal favourite is their finest Bakewell tarts. I don't know where you are but in my local Tesco, I've gone around 6.30pm to 7pm on a couple of occasions and found a few boxes of all those reduced from £2.49 to about 80p on their best by date so it might be worth seeing if you can get them cheaper as although they're wonderful, they're a bit pricey. :)

My very first time making eggs Benedict. Made the Hollandaise sauce with 3 egg yolks, touch of white wine vinegar, salt and pepper and a touch of lemon juice and melted butter. Fried ham instead of bacon with melted butter. The sauce came out a bit too thick but tasted lovely.
