Got the grill going this evening (as requested by my 6 year old daughter). Couldn’t exactly argue!
Burgers were cooked at the end on the direct heat from the Vortex. Lots left for tomorrow too

A trio of lamb and mint mini-kebabs, stuffed pepper with indonesian-style rice, and lettuce with a touch of balsamic. Bottle of Cranes cider to wash it down.
I have a great Chinese takeaway within a 5min walk. With no partner or child to cater for at the moment, I think that will be tomorrow's meal!
