Beef burgers topped with cheese, tomato and sauerkraut with french fries.
No picture as I didn’t think it looked the greatest, in hindsight a mistake as it tasted awesome.
Used some leftover egg whites to make an omelette and filled with some leftover dhal, quite the creation.
Can see a few egg white omelette concoctions coming up over the next few weeks with the whites left after my ice cream experiments.

You could use the whites to make meringue to go with your ice cream as well
very nice, I've travelled LNER first class and it's never this fancy, who do you travel with?Lunch (return journey)
It was Avanti West Coast
Not as good (IMO) as when it was run by Virgin, but not bad all the same
For the price of the ticket you would expect something half decent !
Same, often travel with LNER, seeing these pics, LNER offering is tight/measly.

Offensive opinion.
The spicy tangy brown is a million times better on bacon than sickly sweet sour ketchup. Save that stuff for your turkey dinosaurs and smiley faces.
My homemade pesto pasta with red tomato chilli pesto, two tins of tuna, sweetcorn, three diced tomatoes, fusilli and penne wholewheat pasta, grated cheese melted and drizzled soy sauce. Gives me about three nights worth of meals.
