Yeah, the crispy topped one. Was good, the only downside was that it suggests layering the potato with cheese in between the layers (mature cheddar and parmesan) so I did 3 layers of potato. As a result there was quite a bit of oil came from the cheese.

Could you suggest a cheese that would give a similar taste but be a little less oily? I don't like cheese really, so don't really know. I presume it was the cheddar.

PS, I thought the beef and ale pudding looked good too. My OH doesn't like sweet stuff and I'm not much of a baker, more of a cook than a baker, so I never get to do all the nice desserts in there.

Edit: Having seen your edit, will be going to pick up Olive this month!

Could try Mozeralla and parmezan less chance of oil coming out, but not much flavour.

After the insanity burger, finally got the courage up to try some more of daves insanity sauce.
So chicken burger, bun and daves insanity sauce. Good God, even without all the scotch bonnets and everything else it's painfull.

Went to TGI Friday's for lunch today. Not usually my type of place, haven't been in years, but it was quite tasty.

Had some buffalo wings and then a whole rack of ribs with a beer sauce. Pretty tasty.
