just had a trial run burger from the batch ive nocked up for tomorrow's tea, scottish 10 day aged steak mince, liquid mesquite smoke, salt pepper and a mature cheddar center with chinese milk toast bun, tomato and red pepper chutney iceberg lettuce and red onion, tomorrows is 2 half pound burgers, should be epic.
