Paneer, spinach and pea curry
That curry reminds me of something..
A cowpat perchance?
It was good! I loosely followed this recipe, but added spinach before blitzing it (between step 3 and 4)

I also marinaded the paneer: a dash (1/4 teaspoon max?) of all of the following: lemon juice, sunflower oil, mashed garlic, garam masala, kashmiri chilli powder, chilli flakes, tumeric, salt. And fried it before adding to the base sauce.
Any of the ingredients I didn't have, I just subbed with something I thought close enough.

lol. I'm getting so much abuse from people on imgur for posting it too.
I only use imgur for posting food pics to share on here, but every time people start harassing me for recipes and detailed descriptions of how I made it...
