Unfortunately my knowledge of Italian is limited to the expression "Where is the sausage?". To be fair it has served me remarkably well in a multitude of circumstances.

Warm lightly toasted brown sourdough bloomer. The crust is nice and crispy and crunchy.

Trying to decide if I fancy a cinnamon swirl, a carrot cake or a lemon cake. First world problems really are quite difficult.
