Yes make sure you dry them well and season before spraying with the oil. Then keep salting them again while cooking/shaking. Don't forget a lot of the flavour will be missing with so little fat/oil They do look good mate esp. for a first attemptyeah i put a light sprinkle of salt/pepper over them while in the oven but they still seemed a little bland, il try a bit more next time
also they went a bit leathery after they had been out the oven for a minute or 2... im wondering if i need to dry them off a bit better after boiling
I sometimes add some chilli flakes to give them a little kick.cainer - try some paprika on them before cooking
