Ribeye steak, english asparagus, carrots, roast potatoes and cherry vine tomatoes served with a red wine and shallot sauce.

Was delicious.

Not quite yet but in 70 minutes plus 20 resting

Gressingham duck with smokey bbq rub with roast potatoes stabbed and rubbed in olive oil and sea salt with a caesar salad and coleslaw

@ Craig & DJ, ive decided not to get the actifryer, after trawling though reviews/youtube it seems quite good and managed to find one for £96 delivered but its the size of the thing that i cant live with (45cm x 35cm), its just too big to leave on the worktop in our kitchen and i know that if i have to pack it away somewhere after every use it would end up getting little use :( i will persevere with the home made oven chips though.. got some in soak for tonights Gammon & cheeeps :D
