just about to cook re-heat a Ginsters cornish pasty n chips, cant decide whether to have B/beans or pea's & gravy though

havnt bought any oven chips for weeks now, ive been experimenting with the cooking process, so far ive found it good to start the chips in cold water and bring to a simmer so the starch comes out, then strain off and rinse in cold water then add a sprinkle of salt and leave them to dry/cool off on kitchen paper, then you can bag & freeze or cook straight away
im willing to try other methods if anyone's got any tips
