Eating a twinkie

I can never get my poached eggs right

You using white wine vinegar when you do them?

My method is:

1) Bring pan of water to the boil
2) crack eggs into individual ramekins
3) Pour a couple of glugs of white wine vinegar into the water
4) Turn gas/heat down to a simmer
4b) This is where I usually put the bread down in the toaster. The time it takes for the bread to toast and be buttered is usually enough cooking time for the eggs
5) Pour eggs into the pan in a swift motion about an inch away from the edge
6) Keep a close eye on them and they should float to the top on their own
7) Fish out with serving spoon with slits in or any other form of food draining utensil.

Wholemeal Bagel, grilled pork cooked with chilli powder, mixed herbs, olive oil and some seasoning that is for pork and mayonnaise.

Oh, and a protein shake.

Just made this from Jamie's 30 minute meals - fish tray bake.

Salmon, king prawns (was supposed to be tiger but Tesco let me down), asparagus, chilli, lemon, basil, anchovies, tomatoes, pancetta and some smashed up garlic - all done under the grill.

Served with Jersey royals. Amazing!

Brum, Brum, Brum, Brum....
spicy couscous with chicken and olives (homemade) tasty :D
chicken was cubed, fryed off in sundried tomato oil, sundried tomatoes, chick peas, with garlic, ginger, onion, ground cumin, coriander, chilli and cinnamon.

once done i added vegetable stock and put in the couscous, leaving for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid.

nice :D
