These are absolutely cracking value imo.

Just had some redonkulously nice chicken satay using an adaptation of a friend's recipe:

Ingredients
Meat
1 x pack of chicken thighs
Sauce
1 x garlic clove
1 x inch of ginger root
1 x dessert spoon of fish sauce
1 x tablespoon of dark soy
1 x tablespoon of light soy
2 x heaped tablespoons of peanut butter
Garnish
1 x red chilli
1 x spring onion

Method
Slice the chicken into <1cm wide strips
Grate the ginger
Mince/slice to **** the garlic
Combine all the sauce ingredients and coat the chicken to marinade
Slice the chilli and spring onion into super thin strips
Place chicken strips on grill pan with foil beneath to catch juices and turn grill to highest
Grill on both sides until browned
Grab chicken strips, serve, pour remaining sauce over, decorate with garnish ingredients
 
Veetee Dine in Spicy Mexican Style Rice
250g of Chicken (1 large breast)
Colman's Chicken Fajita Mix
1 onion
1 pepper
1/2 a tin of sweetcorn
1 large green chilli
2 garlic cloves

= AWESOME!
