How did you do em?

I'm constantly trying but never seem to be able to pull off perfect roasties.

chopped the spuds and boiled them for 10-12 minutes, then put them in a hot oven tray with beef dripping and onions for 55 mins - 1hr @ 190c
the onions are just to add a bit of flavor so they dont get served

The salad was pathetic to be fair but the burger... magnificent.

Did you gut the salad out of the burger or did they actually put that salad on the "side"?

The burger has salad inside already, it's good salad, fresh and lush. The salad on the side is just an extra helping they give anyway. It's a filling lunch just the burger on its own. Comes to £4.65 with drink and is much more of a feel good result compared to any of the other fast food places. Cheaper too.

Roosters FTW.
