Dying, whores pasta. However dug out a Nagai Moricha chill to put in it, just one and well It was like getting pepper sprayed whilst cooking.

Tikka refers to the fact that it is small bits of chicken (normally cooked on a skewer in a tandoor). So technically that is tikka, just the sauce is masala. Hence tikka masala.
